Safety Requirements

Office Re-opening Update

We are excited to announce that both offices of Flex Massage Therapy will reopen on Monday, 06 July 2020, it will not be business as normal. New mandatory requirements have been put in place to ensure the protection for all of us.

We will be limiting the number of people allowed in the waiting area at any given time and this will vary by each location base on the office size. Listed below are the new requirements.

1. Wearing a face mask before entering the building and throughout the massage sessions is mandatory for all patients and staff members. No exceptions. No face mask, No massage. We recognize that wearing a face mask may seem like an inconvenience, but while you may spend a short period of time in our offices, our therapists will interact with multiple patients throughout the day. Should you not have a face mask, we will provide one for you, for a donation of one ($1) dollar. These donations will assist in the cost of materials for first responder’s face masks.
2. (New Requirements 2021)Temperature reading will be taken before entry of the office, as well as a printed medical documentation of one (1) of the two (2) requirements listed below must be presented prior to the rendering of any massage, even repeat patients are required to do:

1. A Negative test results at least two (2) days prior to your first, or next scheduled massage session (Not before every visit), until exposed again,

2. or completion of both vaccinations’ shots for Covid-19.

3. To keep in practice with social distancing, we request that all patients wait in their vehicle, to receive a text message or telephone call, as to when to enter the office for their scheduled session. As with all of you, we look forward to a day when things return to some sort of normal.

4. New hours of operation, that will be by appointment only.

Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm; last appointment at 4:00pm

Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm; last appointment at 2:00pm.
